Hello everyone!

I know this is Dutch board about drones, but I would kindly ask You to give me answer. :)
I am just starting my journey with drones and restrictions are a bit hard to understand what is not allowed for this drone (DJI Mavic mini 2).

So... I've registered on that page - Login or Signup | Altitude Angel.
I am living on Rotterdam, entire area is matched as RED and it's a quite big circle, my question is if there are exceptations for this drone - if yes, then which exacly? I've seen that peoples have been flying for example in Scheveningen in Den Haag, meanwhile this area is also matched as RED.

As I know, Mavic Mini 2 is classed for A1 drone, without any registration, only after 31 december, because of camera.
You can fly maximum height 120m, drone have to be visible for me, that I've already read on few websites.

I would be really glad if someone really could explain me like for someone without any knowledge. Just to prevent extra fee :)

@Edit
I forgot also ask about YELLOW zones, with this I also have no clue if this drone needs any permission or it's 'matched' just like a toy and I won't take any consequences for flying just for fun. On DJI map for example Rotterdam Area is matched as YELLOW and it says it's CTR :

Level: Warning Zones

Type: Class C Airspace <--- What does it mean?

Hi Havamak, I'm sorry: around Rotterdam you can't fly your drone, because of the control region around Rotterdam The Hague Airport. Even with your small drone at low altitudes it's not allowed to perform any flights.

Regarding Scheveningen, you are allowed to fly there. The red circle indicates TEMPORARY SEGREGATED AREA (TSA) EHTSA20, which is only 'activated' once a year.

All airspace classified as CTR or Class C is 'off limits' for regular drone users, except if you have all the required permits.
